Quoted from CNET, the survey, Samsung earned a score of 35 on customer loyalty while Apple only dwells in a score above 28. Both are in the Industry benchmark which has a score of 19. Another in the customer service satisfaction, Samsung left in the position of 25% with Apple sped away in the position of 41%. But it seems they still need work hard for Industry benchmark reach a position of 75% in customer service satisfaction.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Officially Launched

Use of this material is said will make this device is not slippery when used , a significant change where previously the Samsung using a smooth plastic material which makes it slippery when held .

Google Vs Apple Battle to Become Even More Intense
