Constant fight of brand names such as Samsung and Apple is not only expanded their product, but also on customer loyalty and customer service satisfaction. According SurveyMonkey, Samsung users are more loyal than Apple users. However, it is inversely proportional to the user satisfaction in terms of service that shows Apple better. Really like it?
Quoted from CNET, the survey, Samsung earned a score of 35 on customer loyalty while Apple only dwells in a score above 28. Both are in the Industry benchmark which has a score of 19.
